Located in the southeastern corner of the state, Brunswick County spans the distance between the Cape Fear River and the South Carolina border. It is the fourth-largest county in the state, in terms of area, and boasts a population of roughly 107,000.
Brunswick County has the largest percentage of population growth of any county in the state. Since 2010, U.S. Census Bureau data shows a 21.8% increase in the number of residents. From 2016 to 2017, the county added over 4,500 residents, a rise of approximately 3.6%.
